i found the staff to be very helpful. ali from the night service assisted with my requests (that was great). the location is also convenient for accessing gare du nord. breakfast included a decent selection of fresh fruit. the variety included breads and eggs. cheeses and yogurts were available too.
the walls were very thin. i could hear other guests coming and going. the sound isolation was not optimal.

sticky floornon-functional air conditioning
The room was not as clean as I expected. I found some dust in the corners and the bathroom floor seemed a bit sticky (something I REALLY dislike). the air conditioning did not work, rendering it useless during a warmer night. I reported it, but nothing was done .

The location was indeed central. the breakfast disappointed me. It lacked variety. i also found the room smaller than expected, and there was no proper closet, just some hangers.. the bathroom felt a bit cramped too.

the staff was friendly and helpful. the location is near the eurostar terminal. a nice bistro is located next door, and great bakeries are a short walk away.
The room they provided was close to the street. the window was fixed. I could not open it. the room was cold and very noisy.
